One of the most common questions we receive from new customers is about order fulfillment.
Here’s a quick guide so you can plan your order accordingly.
For items that are in stock, we typically process and ship orders the same business day they are received. Orders placed after 13:00 or outside business days/hours are usually processed for shipping the following business day.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers as modes of payment. Credit card payments from new customers undergo a credit card verification process, which can take 1 to 2 business days to complete. If a new customer makes an order with a purchase order, a credit review is required before an order can be processed. This can take between 7 to 10 business days. Orders paid by check are processed as soon as the check clears.
